Refund policy
You may return items within 14 days. To process your exchange or refund request, we require the following:
- Products must be in original condition with original tags and labels attached.
- Packaging must be undamaged and in original condition.
- The return shipment must include either a return form or the order number.
- Returned items must not show signs of use.
Photo or video evidence clearly showing the issue is required for products that are damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
If the issue is found to be valid, we will cover all associated costs and arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
If returned goods do not meet these conditions, we unfortunately cannot process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect the items were used or damaged through no fault of ours.
Always ensure your return package has a Track & Trace code. We are not responsible for lost return shipments without tracking. Sending a return without a tracking number is at your own risk. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs fees (if applicable). We are not liable for return shipments marked as “lost in transit.”
Please send your return (with Track & Trace) to the return address provided.
Once we receive your return, we will notify you by email. The refund will be processed within a few business days after the return has been reviewed and accepted.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that fall under the following categories:
a. Sealed items where the seal has been broken.
b. Items that have been custom-made or personalized.
c. Items that are clearly personal in nature.
d. Items that by their nature cannot be returned.
e. Underwear, lingerie, tights, and personal care products are excluded from returns for hygienic reasons. These items will not be accepted or refunded.
f. Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 5 minutes of being placed. After this time, the order enters our processing system and can no longer be cancelled.
To cancel your order, contact us immediately at info@shawtyglobal.com after placing it.
Note: Returns are always at the customer’s own risk. Return costs are not reimbursed.
