Terms and Conditions – Shawty Global

1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Shawty Global webshop. By placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

3. Products and Pricing
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and prices are accurate. If errors occur, we reserve the right to cancel or correct an order.

4. Orders and Payments
Orders become binding once payment is received. Shawty Global accepts [list of payment methods, e.g., iDEAL, PayPal, credit cards]. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within [1–3] business days. Estimated delivery times vary by location and will be indicated during checkout. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

7. Warranty and Complaints
All products are covered by the legal warranty. If a product is faulty or not as described, please contact us at info@shawtyglobal.com within a reasonable time. We aim to respond to complaints within 14 days.

8. Liability
Shawty Global is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
